Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto which promotes cardiovascular health due to its fibrinolytic properties. Blueberry is beneficial for microcirculation (heavy legs) and urinary tract function, drainage of body fluids, regular bowel movements and healthy sight. It also acts as an antioxidant.
